Last week, I finally donated the $ to a sweet woman.
I was walking down the grocery aisle and saw this family hugging each other. Being the shy person that I am, I said, ” Can I get a hug too? “
This is our groups opportunity for giving for December. I prayed and prayed for the right person to give it to, I kept it in my purse. I was in McKinney on Christmas Eve headed to my moms and it seemed like everyone I came in contact with was angry, upset. I even got flipped off twice, on Christmas Eve!! I stopped in a convenience store to get gas and as I stood there waiting in line listening to people gripe and be rude the young girl just keep smiling and saying thank you, Merry Christmas. I just felt it in my heart to give it to her. So I told her how sweet I thought she was and the ladies in my church had a group and we would love for her to have this. I gave her the envelope with the money and scripture and I left. While I was putting the gas in she came out and hugged me and said that I didn’t know how much she needed it!!~Kelli
My daughter and I decided to give the money to a random person to give them a surprise and make their day.
I have had money from LAST YEAR (Don’t judge me! haha!) combined with money from this past month burning a whole in my pocket to give away!
